alexei.dolgolyov 985200691d fix: rename GITEA_TOKEN to DEPLOY_TOKEN 
GITEA_TOKEN is a reserved name in Gitea — the UI and API reject it
when creating secrets. Use DEPLOY_TOKEN instead.
