Update media-server: Add media browser feature with UI improvements

- Refactored UI into separate HTML, CSS, and JS files
- Added media browser with folder navigation and thumbnails
- Implemented metadata extraction and thumbnail caching
- Added smooth loading animations
- Fixed media type label visibility
