Small visual follow-up to the Aurora redesign: the **Active Wires pipe** on the dashboard now reads more prominently. Polishing pass on locale and timezone pickers in the redesigned UI: editors and selectors now use the same `EntitySelect` palette pattern, and the timezone dropdown is portalled to escape Card clipping.
