- Remove old Docker-based deploy.yml
- Add release.yml: builds portable ZIP on tag push, uploads to Gitea
- Add build-dist.ps1: downloads embedded Python, installs deps, bundles app
- Add scrollbar-gutter: stable to prevent layout shift
