- Use { behavior: 'instant' } in unlockBody scrollTo to override
  CSS scroll-behavior: smooth on html element
- Use { preventScroll: true } on focus() restore in Modal.forceClose
- Add overflow-y: scroll to body.modal-open to prevent scrollbar shift
